As a specialist store offering personal advice, you as a customer rightly have high expectations of our team.

All our employees are trained watch and jewelry salespeople, know the industry inside out, and have several years of experience in sales and administration. Everyone speaks at least two languages: we communicate with our customers every day in German, French, English, Italian—and, of course, in Swiss German.

Several courses per year keep us up to date with the latest developments in watch technology and jewelry design for our customers—we are qualified consultants and look forward to new challenges every day!

Time is the most valuable and precious commodity we have. Watches constantly remind us of this precious commodity, incessantly, reliably, and with split-second accuracy. Watches are our constant companions. But do we give them the attention they deserve—they that (almost) never let us down?

Mechanical watches in particular perform remarkably well year after year as tiny machines. Like a car, they must therefore be serviced regularly and properly.

We accept your watch for repair work at any time. For defects that are not immediately apparent, we will be happy to provide you with a cost estimate.

Beautiful jewelry needs care to remain beautiful for a long time. Whether it's a bath in an ultrasonic device to make the diamonds shine again or whether we need to refurbish the surface materials, we have the know-how and the right tools to do the job. Our in-house goldsmith will also bring your ideas to life—first as a drawing and then in reality—you will be surprised...
