Classic massage

Classic massage is a manual treatment method that is mainly used to prevent and treat disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
In classic massage, pressure and traction are applied to tissue and muscles with the hands. The touch has a direct physical effect in that it stretches and relaxes tense muscles. This also eliminates pain caused by tension. In addition, massage has a positive effect on the heartbeat, blood pressure, breathing, and digestion, promoting relaxation and well-being.

Foot reflexology

Sports massage refers to the specific application of massage in the field of sports, primarily for healthy athletes. Sports massage can increase the effectiveness of training. It plays a special role in preparation for training and competition and in restoring performance after physical exertion. At the same time, sports massage promotes the general well-being of the athlete and can be an important part of psychological competition preparation.

Lymphatic drainage

This is a special massage technique that can be used to remove lymph congestion in the tissue. The method was developed by Danish physiotherapist Emil Vodder. The body's lymphatic system absorbs tissue fluid (lymph) and drains it into the blood vessels. A malfunction of this drainage system leads to fluid accumulation in the intercellular spaces (edema). In manual lymphatic drainage, the therapist massages the subcutaneous tissue with gentle pressure in the direction of lymphatic drainage, i.e., toward the regional lymph nodes. Using pumping, twisting, and cupping techniques as well as circular movements, the skin is shifted against the subcutaneous tissue and gently stretched. This stimulates the motor function of the lymph vessels and facilitates the removal of excess tissue fluid.
