Mäusli Bau AG is a family-owned company that brings experience, expertise, and dedication to civil engineering and construction. With around 40 employees and a modern fleet of machinery, we carry out challenging large-scale construction projects and also flexibly implement a wide variety of smaller projects.

Our goal is to always offer you the best in terms of quality, deadlines, and price for your construction project—we want you to be thrilled! Our employees provide you with comprehensive and sound advice. If necessary, additional specialists are brought in.

HISTORY

1979 Founding of the sole proprietorship Karl Mäusli-Rösch

• With little start-up capital but solid and sound training, Karl and Anita Mäusli found the sole proprietorship "Karl Mäusli Bauunternehmung." This is remarkable at the time, as Karl Mäusli's father is already running a small construction company at the same time.

1989 Conversion into a public limited company

• The good order situation and many satisfied customers resulted in steady growth for the company. In order to meet the various requirements of the market, it was decided to convert the legal form of the company into a public limited company.

2000 Opening of a branch office in Schüpfen

• The takeover of the site of the former depot of the bankrupt Kurt Weibel AG in Schüpfen and Patrick Mäusli's residence brings with it a new location.

2002 Founding of Mäusli Immo AG

• The increasing number of planning orders, the issue of risk distribution, the separation of non-operational properties, and the question of succession planning necessitate the establishment of a real estate company.

2004 Patrick Mäusli takes over the operational management of the construction company

• Well equipped with various training and further education qualifications as a structural draughtsman, bricklayer, certified construction manager, TS technician, and certified master builder, Patrick Mäusli takes over the management.

2006 New office building and move to the former Restaurant Bären in Seedorf

• After a long planning period and several months of challenging renovation work, the company moves into its new office at Bernstrasse 62.
  The combination of modernization and preservation of the listed old Bären building is an interesting and instructive project for everyone involved.
