Thanks to the expertise acquired through the Petits Pois Carottes experience in Conthey, the Orif Sion site has risen to the challenge of placing specialized vocational training at the heart of the symbol of Valais culture, the Médiathèque Valais in Sion. This is a bold recipe, worthy of three stars!

Open since October 2014, Le Trait d'Union enables six young adults to train on a daily basis with real customers and therefore face the real demands of the economy.

To this end, they are supervised by trainers and professionals in the kitchen and front of house. They themselves are under the responsibility and supervision of Chef Pierre Gerber.
