A high-quality product for versatile dishes

Fresh, premium raw ingredients from Italy form the basis for our high-quality chestnut purée. The unique processing of the fresh chestnuts gives the product its unmistakably intense chestnut flavor. As soon as the first chestnuts fall from the trees in autumn, we start production. The ultra-fresh chestnut purée (shelf life: 2 weeks) is only available during the chestnut season from October to January. A small portion of the production is frozen so that we can continue to supply our customers with chestnut purée even outside the chestnut harvest season.
