Electrical panels

The electrical panel is the main component of the entire electrical installation in your premises or home. It centralizes all power distribution.

OIBT inspections

An OIBT inspection involves a series of checks and measurements of your installation. Its purpose is to eliminate any visible or invisible defects or wear and tear in order to guarantee your safety.

Periodic inspections are mandatory for all electrical installations. The frequency varies depending on the type of installation:

Every 5 years:
Installations in large commercial and industrial buildings, supermarkets, theaters, cinemas, hotels, restaurants, nursing homes, hospitals, gas stations, and car repair shops.

Every 10 years:
Installations in administrative premises, industrial workshops, wet or fire-exposed premises used for industrial purposes, farms, sales premises, churches, pleasure boats, and sports boats.

Every 20 years:
Installations in residential premises.

The frequency of inspections is stated on the safety report issued at the end of the inspection and indicates its period of validity.
