Founded in 1979 by Fredi Brändle as a sole proprietorship, today's F. Brändle Immo AG focuses on renting and renovating its own properties. In 2006, Brändle Immobilien GmbH was also founded, and in 2010, the sole proprietorship Fredi Brändle was converted into F. Brändle Immo AG. Since its inception, the company's portfolio has grown steadily and currently comprises around 60 properties, most of which are located in the old town of St. Gallen. The company also owns a property in Rorschach and has acquired the restaurant "Il Pomodoro" in Herisau. F. Brändle Immo AG currently has four employees in its office, and Brändle Immobilien GmbH employs between five and six people, most of whom work in the area of renovations and conversions. Particular emphasis is placed on the stylish renovation of old town houses.
