Brunière Cellar
The Brunière winery was founded by Georges Morand in 1962 in St-Léonard. For more than thirty years, he pursued his profession with vigor and passion.
In 2008, his grandson, Christophe Morand, joined the family business. Claude-Alain and Christophe cultivate their own vineyards, and they vinify the entire harvest themselves. They therefore control the entire wine production chain.
Most of the plots are terraced and cannot be mechanized. Over the years, they have acquired new vineyards and produced new wines, while maintaining their passion for Fendant. See the Cave de la Brunière website
