Welcome to the former butcher shop in Saint-Maurice!
A butcher's assistant since 2013, trained in Orsières, I took over the butcher's shop in Saint-Maurice in March 2022.
All the dishes and meals prepared on site are entirely homemade! Our flagship products are:
