Erich Schneider Building Maintenance was founded in 1986 by Erich Schneider. We have been serving a satisfied customer base for almost 35 years. The company now consists of a 20-strong team of professionals (caretakers, gardeners, cleaning specialists, and specialist cleaners). Not only do they complement each other perfectly in their areas of expertise, but they also coordinate their work steps precisely.

 

As an owner/property manager, do you need a strong hand to handle the many regular tasks associated with your property? With us, you really get everything from a single source: one team for all tasks, so you can keep track of who is taking care of what. We also have our own equipment pool, so you don't have to worry about a thing. We are happy to take care of the maintenance of all building services.

Reassuring to know: our 24-hour on-call service is available for emergencies 365 days a year. Your surroundings are also in good hands with us: our trained gardeners tend to your outdoor areas professionally and with great passion. We clean windows and facades on buildings up to 18 m high completely without chemicals – using demineralized water and guaranteed streak- and stain-free, even without additional scaffolding.
