Process

1. Diagnosis
The visible symptoms of rusty pipes are discolored water, low pressure, and low flow. When you call us, we will come and assess the condition of your pipes and provide a free, no-obligation quote.

2. Intervention
The Solu'Tubes team arrives on site with a truck equipped with a compressor.

3. Installation of the ASR system
After dismantling the taps, the system (compressor + vacuum cleaner) is installed. The premises are protected. The cleaning process can begin.

4. Sandblasting
Sand is injected at high air pressure, perfectly smoothing the inside of the pipes and removing rust. Waste and dust are collected for disposal in the vacuum cleaner.

5. Resin protection
A coating (bisphenol-free resin) is injected onto the interior walls of the pipes. It offers the best protection against future corrosion while ensuring high-quality drinking water.

This coating complies with current drinking water requirements.

6. After the taps have been refitted, the pipes are pressurized and checked. Your installation is now clean and guaranteed.
