's history 1961
Giuseppe Cattori founds Sara SA. Initial activity with a workshop for the repair of agricultural machinery.

1964
Production of metal office furniture begins.

1970–1995
Several expansions are carried out, increasing the initial 1,000 m² to 5,000 m². Volumes increase and the need to renew the machine fleet with new investments becomes more pressing, such as: punching machine with automatic unloading and loading, automatic punching robot, powder coating system.

2001
Sara SA obtains ISO9001:2000 certification, confirming the quality of its processes, products, and human capital.

2003
Implementation of a new integrated IT management system for processing quotes, orders, invoices, and complete production flow management.

2004
Installation of a new SALVAGNINI line for sheet metal processing consisting of: warehouse with automatic loading, punching machine, panel bender.

2005
The product development department is equipped with a new 3D CAD programming system.

2006
A new Board of Directors and new Management are appointed to introduce a future-oriented philosophy and modern strategies.


Our philosophy

Producing and offering high-quality metal office furniture at attractive prices has been Sara SA's goal since its inception in 1962.

Over the years, Sara SA has developed and improved its production to meet customer needs, as well as developing an awareness of the environment that has led Sara SA to use increasingly eco-friendly and easily recyclable materials.

Thanks to close collaboration with raw material suppliers and a keen eye on production dynamics, not to mention cordial relations with all stakeholders, Sara SA is now able to respond promptly and with maximum flexibility to even the most refined requests.

SARA SA – office furniture – designs and manufactures metal products for the functional furnishing of commercial and community spaces and, in general, all administrative and management spaces.
It is a dynamic player in the market for supplies to public and private companies, offering real-time services.
