Wirtshus zum Wyberg in Teufen ZH – the restaurant with heart!

We are a cozy country restaurant with excellent cuisine in the Zurich Unterland region!
Choose between the Wirtsstube, with its refined Swiss cuisine, and the Gourmet-Stübli on the first floor, run by Martin Aeschlimann, with innovative gourmet cuisine awarded 14 Gault Millau points as well as the Guide bleu and the Golden Fish, and in Zürich geht aus as "pure enjoyment in the countryside."

The Gourmet Stübli

On the upper floor, where the hayloft used to be, is the Gourmet-Stübli, which can seat up to 40 people. In the Gourmet-Stübli, our junior chef Martin Aeschlimann will spoil you and showcase his skills and experience in gourmet cuisine.

The cuisine of the "Gourmet-Stübli" has been awarded 6 points in the Guide-Bleu.
The fish dishes were awarded the Golden Fish by the Tafelgesellschaft zum Goldenen Fisch.
Gault Millau awarded the Gourmet-Stübli 14 points.

For family celebrations in the Gourmet-Stübli, you are also welcome to dine on public holidays and enjoy our specially created menus.

The restaurant on the ground floor is the ideal setting for informal get-togethers, for a little time-out from everyday life. You are welcome here, whether you want to quench your thirst after a hike or indulge in culinary delights. From small snacks to inexpensive and quickly prepared lunch menus to exquisite multi-course meals, we serve whatever your heart desires!

Typical Swiss regional specialties such as offal, fish, and lots of fresh vegetables. Vegetarians are sure to enjoy our menu too.

The seminar room with that certain something. With the latest presentation technology and natural daylight, we offer you the perfect setting for an informative seminar, a successful meeting, or an exciting presentation. The Wirthus zum Wyberg, near Zurich, at the foot of the Irchel, can accommodate up to 30 people. Seminar guests can park their vehicles in one of over 30 free parking spaces, including 2 electric vehicle parking spaces. This room is wheelchair accessible!
