Daytona "Fitness with charm" is clearly laid out, with a friendly and personal atmosphere and a cheerful and highly qualified team of instructors and trainers. Everything you need for a balanced and proper workout is available, and much more, without the seemingly trendy and unimportant "promise a lot and deliver nothing" items.
We place great importance on proper, health-conscious, and varied training. This means more than "just" strength or endurance training alone. Regeneration and personal lifestyle must also be taken into account.

Daytona "Fitness mit Charme" is a fitness center with 4-star certification. This means that health insurance companies that support fitness training as a preventive measure will contribute to your fitness subscription. A number of requirements must be met in order to obtain this certification. These range from the qualification of staff to ensure optimal care, to emergency management and optimal infrastructure equipment. We are recertified by Swiss Certification every two years.

The goals of each of us change with every phase of life. And no matter what the goal is, there is always at least one way to achieve it – and it is precisely this path to our members' goals that is the focus of our support and advice.

Daytona is also ideally equipped for rehabilitation after an injury or operation. On the one hand, thanks to our "practice with charm" and close cooperation with other therapists of various kinds, and on the other hand, thanks to trained medical fitness instructors who form the bridge between the physical therapist and the "normal" fitness trainer.
