KVA Turgi

The Turgi waste incineration plant is responsible for recycling municipal waste from 81 municipalities in eastern Aargau in an environmentally friendly manner. The valuable energy from the waste is recovered and fed either as electrical energy into the public power grid or as thermal energy into the district heating network of Fernwärme Siggenthal AG.

This service is offered to our customers at attractive conditions.

Terms

• One-time deliveries must be paid for in cash (minimum amount CHF 30.00 per delivery, which corresponds to approx. 100 kg).
• Regular suppliers (from approx. 2 tons per month, regularly throughout the year) can be issued a monthly invoice. The minimum monthly invoice amount is CHF

Delivery regulations

Any waste that is not suitable for incineration in the plant or that endangers its existence or operation is excluded from acceptance. In particular:

• Excavation and demolition material
• Construction waste
• Soil and stones
• Electrical and electronic equipment
• Industrial glass waste
• Animal carcasses, butchery and slaughterhouse waste
• Confiscated goods
• Explosive substances
• Poisons, chemical and radioactive substances
• Manure
• Solid metal items such as whole bicycles, motorcycles, car parts, washing machines, refrigerators, stoves, boilers, metal barrels, iron bed frames, electric motors, iron bars, wire mesh, wire ropes
• Truck, car, and motorcycle tires
• Garden waste and green waste
