Eppis Güot from Valais!
We cultivate four hectares of vines in various plots from the Visper Valley to Varen, and use the grapes harvested there to produce traditional Valais varieties as well as rare and unique wines. The winery in Turtmann is ideally located for this purpose; within a radius of just thirty kilometers to the east lie the famous vineyards of Visperterminen and to the west the sunny slopes of Varen.
Simply sustainable – thanks to Piwi vines
As winegrowers, we work in and with nature all year round. Sustainability in our dealings with flora and fauna is therefore our top priority.
Our plots are cultivated in accordance with integrated production (IP) guidelines and Vitival regulations. All our vineyards are grassed and we do not use weed killers. We treat our traditional vines only with organic products.
In addition, we are the driving force in Valais when it comes to natural viticulture with fungus-resistant grape varieties. These relatively unknown grape varieties enable us to produce grapes ecologically without the use of pesticides!
