My professional career

• Several years of independent consulting and coaching in the areas of aptitude and career counseling, professional and career planning, and team analysis
• Many years as an instructor in the field of sports
• Many years of commercial work in insurance and human resources

I draw my expertise from my many years of experience in human resources and career counseling, supplemented by regular in-depth training and continuing education. And then there's what life and working with a wide variety of people simply teaches you over the years...

My view of humanity

Because we humans are part of one or more systems (e.g., the family or the company we work for), we are shaped by mutual influence. I take these social systems and the associated diversity and contradictions of people into account and treat them with respect. For me, all people are equally valuable, even if they have different positions or roles in society.

In order to be able to advise and coach, I believe it is important to have a positive view of humanity and to understand people in their individuality. For me, this means accepting my counterpart in their uniqueness. It also includes an optimistic view of life and people, trust in the abilities of each individual, and closeness to real life.

I believe it is important to be aware that every person has certain abilities and strengths that they want to use for themselves. Based on this constructive optimism and an attitude of mutual respect and appreciation, I work with my clients as equal partners.
