Every bite is a piece of pure nature
Since 1983, we have been producing the finest quality products in Unterwasser from the best cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk from around fifteen selected farmers in Obertoggenburg. Our products are made according to traditional recipes and refined with a great deal of expertise and intuition. New creations are constantly being developed, for example with white or blue mold cultures, spicy wood chips, or fragrant hay flowers.
Our products over 40 cheese specialities and dairy products from our own production.
Passing on our passion
People are at the heart of everything we do. It is important to us that the craft of cheese-making and milk processing is passed on to future generations as a valuable part of Swiss cultural heritage. As a training company, we take on an apprentice every two years. The well-being of our employees is very important to us, because
we know from experience that delicious products can only be created with genuine passion.
