Full-body massage, providing a feeling of wholeness and softness, promoting relaxation and calm. Soothes nervous and muscular tension to restore balance.

Sports massage

In preparation for a competition to warm up the muscles.

For recovery after sports or competition. It helps eliminate lactic acid, a toxin that causes muscle soreness, and prevents injuries.

It is most effective 24 hours after exercise.

Bone-setting massage

Deep massage. Muscle and nerve rebalancing. It is used to release nervous or muscular tension and reduce or eliminate blockages that cause pain, such as epicondylitis or sciatica, among others.

Lemniskate massage

This massage involves using the figure-eight or infinity sign movement throughout the massage. This continuous, fluid, and rhythmic movement has the unique ability to resonate with the subtle bodies and the inner self, connecting the body's energy planes and promoting the free flow of vital energy through the nadis and chakras.

This technique provides physical and mental relaxation, allowing the patient to face the problems of daily life with greater serenity.

Essential oils are used during the "lemniscate massage" to deepen the relaxation and well-being brought about by the "8" movement, which rebalances the body's polarities.
