We do the hard work for you. Everything you find in the fresh produce section comes from our own production. Or we have purchased it fresh from selected cantonal and regional suppliers. The exceptions are wine and cheese. Here we stock delicacies from all over Switzerland.

Suppliers from the canton of Bern, Urtenen-Schönbühl, and the surrounding region complement the range with fresh vegetables and fruit. At Frische-Insel, you will find seasonal delicacies and traditional fare.

Our wine selection reveals unique gems of indulgence. Only select Swiss wines find their way into Frische-Insel. These are complemented by our fresh spring water, which flows naturally and without pressure from Urtenenberg to the store.
