It goes without saying that one of our key tasks is to advise you on the legal options for structuring a legal transaction even before the actual notarization takes place. As experienced lawyers and notaries, we draft and prepare the necessary contracts and documents for you and notarize them. Furthermore, we remain at your disposal even after the notarization of your legal transaction and support you in formal matters or wherever necessary.

Our certifying officers have either Glarus or St. Gallen certification authorization, which means we can perform certifications for you in these two cantons. Glarus certifying officers are authorized to certify all legal transactions without restriction. In contrast, public notaries in the canton of St. Gallen do not generally have the authority to notarize real estate matters (only land registry administrators are authorized to do so in St. Gallen), but they are authorized to notarize all other matters.

In addition to public notarization, we are also responsible for official certifications, for example of signatures or the authenticity of copies, transcripts, etc.
