Répétitoire et Tutorat Services Genève (RTSGe) is an institute specializing in private and small group lessons for children, teenagers, and adults in the Canton of Geneva and surrounding areas.

 

Our history and mission

Our institute was founded in 2009 following lengthy discussions between a freelance teacher (Miguel Martinez) and some of his former students. We had noticed that our society was becoming increasingly demanding and competitive for young and old alike. As a result, education and training remain essential for understanding our world.

However, when learning difficulties arise, it can sometimes be difficult to find competent help in a given subject. This is particularly true when it comes to demanding or highly specialized subjects for which trainers are hard to find.

That is why we created RTSGe, to meet the growing demand from both parents and young adults struggling with their studies. Our main objective is to connect the right people by selecting the best teachers in our region and facilitating the exchange of information. Our institute offers a wide range of private lessons throughout the canton of Geneva and the surrounding area.

 

High-quality courses taught by education and training professionals

Our teaching team is made up of around fifteen tutors and mentors with extensive teaching skills and significant experience in knowledge transfer. As a result, the quality of our courses lies primarily in the human capital of our employees, which is why we take particular care in selecting our trainers. To do this, we conduct three interviews to assess their training and teaching experience, as well as their teaching, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.

We offer educational support to a diverse audience, including students experiencing difficulties at school or who have dropped out of school, as well as young students or apprentices who lack motivation or effective study methods. We also offer our services to adults who are in training or wish to expand their knowledge, or anyone who wants to discover a new field.

• Facilitating learning by clearly defining the student's level and needs through high-quality support;
• Promoting both access to knowledge and the development of student autonomy in their learning;
• Evaluating and providing feedback on the suitability of the learning techniques used during lessons in relation to the objectives set;
• Develop a relationship of trust with the student and encourage dialogue to improve the effectiveness of the lessons.

Finally, before our learners make any financial commitment, we offer them the opportunity to take a 60-minute trial lesson, provided by us, with the teachers who best meet the criteria of the course representative. Our philosophy is to create a strong educational bond between the student and the chosen trainer. To this end, we carefully review all course requests in order to best meet everyone's expectations.
