ABOUT US

The firm began operating independently in 1986, initially as an associated architecture studio. In 2016, the studio reached the milestone of 30 years of uninterrupted activity in the field of architectural design and construction. Based in the Lugano area, it operates mainly in Switzerland, in the canton of Ticino. It has always employed staff with consolidated experience.

ACTIVITIES

Its fields of activity include all phases of the construction of single-family and multi-family residential buildings, administrative, craft, and industrial buildings, the restoration and renovation of historic buildings, and all other services related to the sector (surveying of existing buildings, parceling, neighborhood plans, and feasibility studies in general, as well as interior design and furnishings).

PHILOSOPHY

Projects are preferably followed from their conception to the execution phase and delivery of the work, with particular attention paid to the management and compliance with planned timescales and estimated costs.

APPRAISALS

One area of consolidated experience is the field of expert reports, in particular the preparation of real estate appraisals in the private sector, expert reports on construction damage and technical insurance reports, as well as judicial expert reports for the cantonal courts.
