Pisciculture de Vionnaz SA

Active since 1968, Pisciculture Vionnaz Hess SA has grown over the years. It is currently Switzerland's leading trout producer. With modern infrastructure and two production sites, our fish farm breeds and distributes live fish. We also have a processing center. Our products include processed fish, as well as all stages of trout growth: eggs, fry, fingerlings, and white or pink-fleshed rainbow trout. Our services also include logistics with deliveries throughout Switzerland. We have vehicles specially equipped for the well-being and safety of the fish.

Our farms are monitored by two certified laboratories, Laboratoire SQTS and the Institut für Tierpathologie.

New Valfish SA is the main shareholder of Pisciculture de Vionnaz Hess SA.
