In 2000, our company celebrated its 100th anniversary. As a specialist seed and gardening store, we sell seeds, bulbs, tools, and gardening supplies for hobby gardeners, self-sufficient growers, professional landscaping companies, and farmers. Our core product range consists of seeds, cuttings, bulbs, gardening tools, and plant cultivation equipment.

As a seed retailer, we deliberately refrain from breeding and growing our own seeds. We leave this to the large, internationally active seed breeding companies – our suppliers. We see our role more as an intermediary between seed breeders and consumers in large-scale and hobby cultivation.

The company's founder, Gottfried Landolt, formulated this business objective in his first catalog, sent out in 1900, as follows: "It is my aim to provide my customers with only the best, tried and tested seed varieties of the most reliable quality." We still want to live by this principle, even after 100 years.
