Acupuncture

Acupuncture involves treating specific points on the body with needles. These stimulate the body to restore its own balance. Traditionally, acupuncture is understood to mean the regulation of the flow of life energy, which is called "Qi" in China. This flow system is an energetic network of channels that not only connects and influences the acupuncture points, but also the internal organs.

The acupuncture points can also be stimulated by heat (moxibustion), cupping glasses, finger pressure (acupressure), light pulses (colors), or modern methods such as lasers or electrical stimuli to stimulate the flow of energy. Two commonly used, traditional, and very effective methods are moxibustion, which uses heat, and cupping, which creates a vacuum.

Ayurveda is the ancient Indian medical science of long and healthy living. Everyone should enjoy regular oil massages. The skin becomes supple and firm, eyesight improves, and muscle stiffness and pain are reduced. Ayurvedic massage promotes healthy sleep and physical and mental well-being.
