Wälli AG operates a sawmill and planing mill for the eastern Switzerland region. Our sawmill in Toggenburg, Wattwil, mainly processes spruce and fir from local forests.

By using Swiss wood, you are supporting sustainable and environmentally friendly forest management. Our country has one of the strictest forest laws in the world.

Services

Our experienced staff, advanced operating facilities, and optimal workflow design allow us to act very quickly, flexibly, and in line with your wishes.

Each type of wood has its own characteristics and requires its own treatment in order to preserve its value and produce high-quality logs or clean sawn timber. This value preservation is achieved by cutting/contract cutting the round timber. The logs or sawn timber produced in this way can first be gently dried. After that, nothing stands in the way of further processing.

We recycle residual wood and wood waste into well-dried fuel chips, which we store in our large silo.

Private customers can purchase wood products and various by-products such as sawdust or wood chips directly from us.

We stock various commercially available sawn goods or can offer them to you on request. Contact us – we will be happy to provide you with the desired range.
