Children need contact with other children in order to develop their own social and cultural learning. The Füxli nursery provides a sense of security that adults cannot give in the same way. We aim to support children in their individual development processes. We offer them relationships, want to build trust, and also give them a sense of security and well-being. Each child should experience joy and security and learn to discover and understand their environment according to their needs. Children are little people who are characterized by tireless activity. They have everything they need to survive and live. In this context, it is important to always remember that development cannot be forced. We adults do not shape children. They do the tremendous work of development themselves and decide for themselves whether and to what extent they want to engage with their environment. Children have the will and the strength to carry out their own development through creative activity, initiative, and active engagement with their environment. Educational manager Anna Neicovcena is responsible for promoting quality development at the Füxli daycare center and advising the staff in challenging moments.
