Founded in 1955 by Antonio Cristuzzi, the architectural firm has made a name for itself in the Rhine Valley architecture industry with innovative architectural solutions for agricultural businesses and single-family homeowners. After being taken over by his two sons Toni and Rolf in the 1980s, the architectural firm expanded its range of services to include various real estate trust services.

Today, the Cristuzzi Group is THE partner in the St. Gallen Rhine Valley for architectural and real estate services. Since 1955, we have been committed to providing consistently high-quality services to our customers in the areas of design/planning/execution (Cristuzzi Architektur AG), marketing/sales/management (Cristuzzi Immobilien-Treuhand AG), and development (Cristuzzi Generalunternehmung AG).

Today, led in the third generation by Rolf and Marco Cristuzzi (Cristuzzi Architektur AG) and Daniel Romer and Andrea Cristuzzi (Cristuzzi Immobilien-Treuhand AG), we are a comprehensive service provider in the real estate and construction sector. As a family business and SME, we are still close to our customers and employees today. We offer our customers comprehensive solutions – from the initial development idea to execution and property management. We are owner-managed and always work to serve our customers – the Cristuzzi Group itself does not invest in the real estate market. Our customers therefore benefit from an independent expert opinion on the Rheintal real estate market.
