Maintenance/service

Heat pumps are not maintenance-free, but they do require little maintenance. They need to be checked and cleaned regularly to ensure efficient operation.

• Clean and flush the condensate drain

• Check the refrigeration circuit

• Clean the evaporator if necessary

• Check and optimize parameters

• Check probes and sensors

• Documentation

This allows emerging faults to be detected and rectified in good time. This prevents major repairs.

Troubleshooting

Water flowing out of the heat pump, abnormal noises, insufficient heating output, error messages on the display... I'll be happy to take care of your heat pump!

Commissioning

After installation by your heating engineer, I will commission the heat pump. I will optimize the settings and instruct you on how to use the system and the controls.

Leak test

According to the Chemical Risk Reduction Ordinance (ChemRRV), a leak test must be carried out on the refrigeration circuit of every heat pump with > 3 kg of refrigerant in the 6th and 10th year of operation. Thereafter, every 2 years of operation. Split systems must be checked annually.

Disposing of refrigerant

Has your old heat pump reached the end of its service life?
I extract the refrigerant and dispose of it correctly. The heat pump can then be disposed of.

Split lines

Heat pumps and air conditioning units that have divided the refrigeration circuit into an indoor and outdoor unit require connecting pipes. I will be happy to install these professionally and fill the system with the correct refrigerant.
