AH Residenz Immobilien AG was founded in 1988 and managed by company owner Arthur Hartmann until 2009. Roger Hofer joined the company in 2002. As a member of the management team, he oversaw the ongoing reorganization and realignment of the company. After Arthur Hartmann's retirement, Roger and Nicole Hofer took over AH Residenz Immobilien AG, including the entire share package. Technical property management is carried out by HoGa-Service GmbH (House and Garden Property Services), which was also founded in 2002 and belongs to AH Residenz.The office partnership with Fortuna Treuhand AG Wil, which has been in place since the company was founded and specializes in accounting, tax returns, and company formations, brings advantages and complementary services for both sides. Roger and Nicole Hofer and their team are committed to providing high-quality real estate services for their customers.
