Anzug wurde nicht gereinigt
Sehr schlecht, Anzug wurde nicht gereinigt, auch riecht es nicht nach reinigung. Warwn genau so wie ich es gebracht habe. Nie wieder!!!!

Reparatur wurde nicht gemacht.
Seit einem Monat warte ich auf die Umsetzung einer einfachen Reparatur (Reissverschluss ersetzen). Mails werden nicht beantwortet. Versprochene Vollzugsmeldung erfolgt nicht.
