- 1987 - SME and family business owned by the Walti family.

-          2017 - Handover to René Onneken (son-in-law) after 30 years of business.

-          2017 – New foundation, Erwin Walti becomes Walti Haustechnik GmbH with a revised logo.

-          2017 – Walti Haustechnik GmbH moves to new premises at Klosterstrasse 26 in Winterthur.
