With 30 years of experience and a complete range of machinery, I am able to produce the desired molds and parts, such as packaging, casting molds, and prototypes, from custom-made single pieces to mass production for the food industry, car manufacturers, garages, etc.

Mold construction:

The customized PET inserts are individually manufactured for use in the food industry, medicine, or cosmetics production. The material meets all hygiene regulations for these special areas.

Custom parts:

E.g. for cars, motorcycles, and machines...

I manufacture custom parts for cars and motorcycles for corporate and private customers on a customer-specific and highly individual basis. Would you like a special hood cover or do you need a special part for your classic car? I can manufacture it for you on request.

Functional model making:

Thanks to my hobby of model boat building, I also spend my free time working with CNC milling and 3D printing.

With my machinery, I manufacture boat hulls, various larger and also small parts, as well as fittings in ABS plastic on the 3D printer—for myself or on behalf of model builders.

3D printing:

The development of 3D printers has made many things possible.

Since 2013, I have been working with the Fortus 250 mc 3D printer and FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) technology. Designs in formats up to 250x250x300 mm are possible.

Laser scanning:

The FARO Fusion 3D scanner with laser measuring arm is capable of scanning and digitizing objects. The desired item is then produced using a 3D printer or CNC milling machine.
