Welcome to our small bakery in the Appenzeller Vorderland. From tradition to modernity, we have something for everyone. Enjoy our high-quality, handcrafted products in our shop, in the café, on the garden terrace, or under the mighty linden tree. We are widely known for our unique walnut croissants (Nussgipfel), Biber, and seasonal specialties. Following a renovation, our shop has been shining in new splendor since August 2024.
