The Feldenkrais Method is offered in two complementary forms
Whether in group or individual sessions, this somatic method teaches us to become gently aware of our movement possibilities in order to promote the development of a sense of well-being that is adapted to our whole being.
Comfortable clothing is highly recommended for both group classes and individual sessions.
Awareness Through Movement (ATM)
Group sessions
These sessions are verbally guided and organized around a series of gentle, playful movements that respect the physiology and pace of each individual, regardless of age.
The aim is not to repeat movements by force in order to achieve a certain result, but rather to use awareness to discover habits and then new possibilities for movement that are more fluid, simpler, and more effective, adapted to the body in its entirety.
Functional Integration (FI)
Individual sessions
In individual sessions, movement sequences tailored to your specific needs are produced based on the precise and targeted touch of the practitioner (male or female).
Through this mainly non-verbal dialogue, you can feel the neuromotor organization of your movements and discover new alternatives that are lighter (yet more effective) and better suited to current situations.
