Courses for psychotherapists and psychiatrists

The courses are intended for psychiatrists and psychologists who practice psychotherapy. Eligibility will be verified in the official registers. Costs available on request. Courses will be held if there are at least 6 registrations.

Courses offered by the practice

Non-hypnotic regression with symptom elimination



Course content:

 

Learning non-hypnotic regression with symptom deletion, with practical exercises in small groups (max. 8 people), discussion of exercise results.

 

Application of non-hypnotic regression:

 

Therapy forindividual symptoms, e.g., sleep disorders, fatigue, stress, problems with letting go.

 

Therapy for psychosomatic symptoms, such as teeth grinding, headaches, pain, tension.

 

Parts work or therapy for dissociative symptoms.

 

 

Morning lesson, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

 

• Presentation of the method, detailed procedure,

 

• deletion of symptoms, procedure in regression.

 

• Frequently occurring stumbling blocks, alternative methods.

 

• The overly intellectual patient and the problems this causes in psychotherapy, hypnotic strategy or therapy for unconscious conflicts with important attachment figures.

 

• Presentation of cases and results.

 

• Advantages of the method compared to hypnosis.

 

• Supportive drug therapy.

 

 

Afternoon lesson, 1:00–5:00 p.m.

• Practicing regression in groups of two, 2 x 45 minutes; it is recommended to select a topic in advance.

• Discussion of problems encountered.

 

• Demonstration of the method if necessary.

 

Yoga mats and blankets are provided.

 

 

Documents

Notes are taken by the participants. A template of non-hypnotic regression is handed out. The method may not be passed on without the permission of the course instructor.

 

 

Duration:

Saturday or weekday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., with a lunch break from 12 noon to 1 p.m., lunch together outside the practice.

 

 

Eligible participants:

Psychiatrists and psychologists who have completed psychotherapeutic training (will be verified).
