Konditorei Treichler is the 'home of the inventor' of the world-famous Zuger Kirschtorte, created here in 1915 by Heiri Höhn. The traditional establishment on Bundesplatz comprises a confectionery, a stylish coffee house, and the Zuger Kirschtorten Museum. Visitors can dive into history, marvel at over 200 original exhibits (including a dress worn by Audrey Hepburn), and of course enjoy the authentic cherry cake. In addition to the torte, Treichler offers a variety of Kirsch specialties, pralines, and seasonal pastries.
