New construction

Based on the urban context, we develop exterior and interior spaces that convey openness to the surroundings, but also a sense of security inside. The environment, sunlight, and views play a decisive role in the layout and orientation of the buildings. In summer, the outdoor space with garden and seating area becomes an extended living space. The interior spaces thrive on and with this quality of the outdoor space. The arrangement and size of the windows allow the exterior to be experienced inside.

Conversion/renovation

Whether the task is small or large, it is always important to us to reconcile the client's requirements and financial resources with the possibilities of the property and the requirements of the environment and the law, and to create a new whole. In doing so, it is crucial to understand the existing building. A renovation or extension should preserve its essence and, through renewal, give it a new presence and charisma.

Interior design

The proportions of the rooms and the lighting are the basic elements of interior design.
