Wyss Thomas

As a specialist in liability and insurance law, I have many years of experience. It is a personal concern of mine to stand up for people who are temporarily or permanently struggling with health restrictions and to enforce their legitimate claims against insurance companies. To this end, I completed postgraduate studies at the Universities of St. Gallen and Lucerne, obtaining the title "CAS IRP-HSG Liability and Insurance Law" in 2015 and "CAS IRP-HSG Litigation – Civil Litigation" in 2020.

I successfully completed my law studies at the University of Zurich in 2005. After completing my legal internship, I was admitted to the bar in the canton of Zurich in 2008. From 2007, I worked as a tax commissioner at the Zurich Cantonal Tax Office. From 2011 to 2017, I worked as an attorney at a law firm specializing in liability and social security law. In 2017, I founded my own law firm.
