Based on my many years of professional experience, I founded the company Piano Concept. My goal is to advise you individually as an independent master piano builder and to ensure optimal care of your instrument.
I offer you solid consultation and high-quality workmanship, using only selected materials. I can respond individually to customer wishes regarding sound, mechanics and touch.
As I have extensive experience in the construction, care and maintenance of pianos and grand pianos in the private customer sector as well as in public institutions (opera/concert hall/conservatory), I would be pleased to also take care of your keyboard instruments.
Repairs are carried out in the workshop in Zurich or, if possible, on site. Transport and delivery are organised by me so that no inconvenience arises for you.

Herr Tietz ist nicht nur sehr freundlich, er stimmt mein Klavier seit Jahren ganz hervorragend und weiss auch mit wenig Aufwand kleinere Schäden zu beheben. Kurz: sehr zu empfehlen !
