History of W. Haas AG

The company was founded in 1982 by Mr. Walter Haas as a sole proprietorship. In 1999, the sole proprietorship was converted into a stock corporation. On January 1, 2008, management of the company was handed over to the second generation (Roger + Daniela Grütter-Haas). Mr. Haas is no longer actively involved in the business, but continues to be available in the background for strategic questions and ideas. Today, we are still a deliberately small business (SME) with approximately 8 employees. We have two technicians in the office, two to three plant engineers in assembly, and two service technicians in service and repair. We also offer an apprenticeship as a ventilation system engineer. We are a well-known company in the Zurich area with a personal commitment and a Christian ethos.
