Brauerei Oerlikon is a community brewery deeply rooted in the Zurich North region. Founded in 2015 as a hobby project, it was professionalized in 2020 and is now supported by around 1300 shareholders. In the spring of 2025, the brewery moved to its new production facility on Thurgauerstrasse, expanding its capacity. It offers a wide range of craft beers, emphasizes sustainability through organic ingredients and a circular economy, and operates a popular taproom as a cultural meeting point.
