Das Barpersonal ist in der Regel freundlich, und der Chef versteht es ebenfalls, für gute Stimmung zu sorgen. Die Preise für die Getränke sind sehr fair und liegen oft unter denen anderer Bars in Basel oder größeren Schweizer Städten. Das Ambiente der Bar ist hervorragend: Es gibt gemütliche Sofas, zahlreiche Sitzgelegenheiten und die Musik, die meistens von den 80ern bis 2010er Jahren reicht, sorgt für eine tolle Atmosphäre.
