Das Team von Spitex Züri dihei betreut unsere Mutter bereits ein paar Monate. Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Team und der Zusammenarbeit. Letzten Sonntag hat das Team festgestellt, dass es ihr nicht gut ging und brachte sie ins Spital und übernahm die ganze Koordination, da wir von der Familie alle in den Ferien waren. Meine Mutter geht es besser und sie darf wieder heim und freut sich schon sehr ins gewohnte Umfeld zurückzukehren- mit Hilfe vom Spitex Team Züri dihei.
