Delphine a été à mon écoute, m'a bien informée sur leurs produits, leur composition (cruelty free et même vegan pour certains) ainsi que de leur provenance (Suède). Elle a très bien compris mon choix de n'utiliser que des shampooings solides et huiles végétales comme soin. Elle ne m'a rien imposé et m'a toujours demandé si j'étais d'accord (pour l'application d'un soin, la longueur de coupe...).
