For more than 25 years I have been working with enthusiasm and conviction in gastronomy. During this time I learned to appreciate the values of high quality and honest products. Today I work together with excellent producers from the region as well as from Valais. This allows me to serve you honest food and drinks. I am happy to welcome you to my place. With my team, I offer you down-to-earth, traditional dishes with a hint of Mediterranean. Our specialty is the fish but also for a fine piece of meat you are in the right place with us. The wine lover has a large selection of the sunny slopes on Lake Biel to disposal. Gastronomy Our food is traditional and honest at the same time. As basic ingredients we use fresh, local and seasonal products, which we refine with pleasure in the good. The wines from our offer come from regional winemakers of Lake Biel. They are characterized by clarity, elegance and are very digestible. The selection is complemented with Lengen wines from Valais. These wines reflect the passion with which they approach their work. Das Essen war sehr fein, die Bedienung sehr nett. Auch unser Hund wurde herzlich empfangen und genoss zwischendurch sogar einige Streicheleinheiten vom Personal.
