GOLF PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT The coaching begins with a comprehensive assessment: TPI & FMS screening (mobility, stability), biomechanical video analysis of your swing (front and side views), and a questionnaire covering your goals, history, and physical limitations. This assessment identifies the physical restrictions affecting your swing. TAILORED TRAINING PROGRAM Based on the assessment results, I design a customized program including neuromuscular activation exercises, targeted work on your limitations, and golf drills to practice at the range between sessions. Sessions are private and take place in a premium studio in Les Eaux-Vives. THE BODY DRIVES THE SWING Limited hip mobility or poor core stability creates compensations that technique alone cannot fix. The goal is to make your body capable of producing the movement your golf coach is asking for. PROGRESS TRACKING Each client receives access to an online platform featuring detailed assessment reports, swing video comparisons, and progress tracking metrics. Regular re-testing provides objective measurement of improvement and allows the program to be adjusted accordingly. Suitable for all skill levels.
