We were only the third butcher's shop in the whole of northwestern Switzerland to be accepted into the Club Prosper Montagné Académie Suisse des Gastronomes after a two-year trial and inspection period and were awarded for our meat quality and service. A total of 9 sausages were tested in three tests, 6 of which were awarded gold and 3 silver. Our own slaughtering and production are the best recipe for meeting the highest standards of meat quality.
