Through Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra, we create space for mindfulness, inner balance and wellbeing in a small and welcoming atmosphere. At studio mond, you are invited to arrive, breathe deeply and take intentional time for yourself. Our classes combine flowing movement, stillness and mindful practice – sometimes dynamic and energising, sometimes soft and restorative. The focus is not on performance, but on consciously connecting body and mind.
